What does it cost to be listed?
Nothing to apply, and nothing to be featured. Outbound Stays earns through affiliate partnerships on bookings, so we only benefit when a guest loves your hotel enough to book it. There are no listing fees or subscriptions.
What kinds of properties do you accept?
Independent boutique hotels, design hotels, retreats, lodges, villas and genuinely unique stays. We don't feature chains or properties without a strong sense of place. Size matters far less than character.
How do bookings work?
We send travellers to book directly with you or through your preferred booking partner. You keep the guest relationship, the data and the margin — we simply make the introduction through our editorial.
How long does the review take?
Our editorial team aims to respond to every application within five working days. If your hotel is a strong fit, we'll discuss next steps, imagery and your profile.
Can I pay to feature more prominently?
No. Placement is editorial and can't be bought — that integrity is exactly what makes a feature on Outbound Stays worth having.
