Airelles Venezia, Palladio

Opened in April 2026 in the former Bauer Palladio on Giudecca, Airelles' first hotel outside France spreads across the Palladio-designed Zitelle complex, the Conventino and the 17th-century Villa Frollo, with 45 rooms and suites facing St Mark's basin. Facilities include a 1,700 sq m Guerlain spa, three pools, gardens, and restaurants by Norbert Niederkofler and Nobu Matsuhisa.
